Please make sure you are available to receive
delivery on the agreed date. If you are unable to
receive delivery, please contact us at least 48hrs
in advance.
Payments
We accept the following cards: Visa Credit, Visa
Debit, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept
personal cheques and postal orders. We are
not able to accept credit card cheques or Solo
and American Express cards. Your card will be
debited at the time of placing your order. If there
is a long wait for your items to arrive into stock,
you may request a 90% refund. The balance will
be taken before delivery.
Returns
Damaged or faulty items may be returned for a
full refund or replacement. Please contact us
on 0844 984 0444 within 7 days of delivery to
arrange collection, which will be made free of
charge within 30 days.
If an item is unsuitable, you may arrange to
return it to us at your own cost, or contact us
for a collection. A charge for collections will
apply, and will be advised when you call. Any
products collected or returned should be unused
and in their original packaging, and received
in a saleable condition. You will be entitled to
a refund for the cost of goods, providing we
receive your request for collection or notification
of return within 7 days of delivery. To exchange
an item, please call us to make arrangements.
There is no collection or re-delivery charge for
exchanges. Please call 0844 984 0444 between
8.30am and 7.00pmMonday to Friday or email
to arrange collection,
exchanges or to notify us of a return.
We will not give refunds on the following items
unless they are faulty or damaged:
• Unsuitable goods we have not been informed
about within 14 days
• Mattresses that have been unwrapped
• Personalised and customised items
• Part-assembly items which have been part or
fully assembled
Your statutory rights are not affected.
All prices shown include any discounts
advertised. Whilst all care has been taken to
ensure that all details, descriptions and prices
are correct at the time of print, we reserve the

we will decide the best delivery method for you.
The service we select will be free. Details of each
delivery type are listed below, more specific
details on your delivery will become available

Room Of Choice Delivery
• Delivered by our dedicated two person team.
• Get a four hour time slot the day before delivery,
and a call up to one hour before arrival on the day.
• Your furniture will be carried to the room of your
choice and positioned for you, access permitting.
Four Hour Window Delivery
• Delivered by our dedicated delivery team.
• Get a four hour time slot the day before delivery
• Get a phone call from our drivers up to one hour
before arrival on the day.
• Delivery to the front entrance on the ground floor
of your property.
Standard Delivery
• Delivered by our expert network delivery team.
• Delivery to the front entrance on the ground floor
of your property.
• Delivery between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
Small Item Delivery
• Delivered by our expert network delivery team.
• Delivery to the front entrance on the ground floor
of your property.
• Delivery between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
• Card through your door if you’re not home. No
redelivery charge.
Every order will require the driver to take a
signature so please make sure there’s going to be
someone at home on the day. Failed deliveries can
incur a re-delivery fee.

Cancellation Fee
Order cancellations received after your order
has left our warehouse, but before delivery has
been attempted, will incur a £15.00 fee to return
goods to our warehouse.
